This 8-week yoga series is designed to guide you through the body’s seven main chakras, cultivating balance, awareness, and energetic alignment from the inside out. Each week will focus on one specific chakra, weaving together intentional movement, breathwork, visualization, and mindful awareness to support both physical and emotional well-being.
Classes will include a thoughtfully sequenced yoga flow that corresponds to the energetic qualities of each chakra—helping to release blockages, build strength and mobility in related areas of the body, and deepen your mind-body connection. Expect a blend of grounding poses, gentle strength, mobility, and restorative moments, along with guided breathwork and brief meditative elements.
The series culminates in Week 8 with a full-chakra integration class, bringing together all seven chakras in a harmonizing flow designed to leave you feeling balanced, energized, and aligned.
This series is suitable for all levels. Modifications and options will be offered throughout, making it accessible whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Come as you are—and leave feeling more centered, connected, and in tune with yourself.
