HIIT 2B Fit Classes

Join us for HIIT 2B FIT and make 2020 the year you reach all your goals!
HIIT or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Additionally, the majority of exercises are done in timed intervals so any fitness level can join. Have an injury? No problem, we can modify the exercises to accommodate your limitation. In each 6-week session, participants will have the option to compete in a fat loss contest, where the winner will receive 20% off the next session. (Past participants have lost up to 12lbs. and 4.9% body fat! ) Classes are M/W/F at 6am (DHS) and 9:30 (Town Hall). Sign up for one, two, or for best results, three classes per week. Any missed classes can be made up during regularly scheduled classes. Classes start January 3rd… what are you waiting for?
