HIIT 2B Fit Classes
Classes start January 25th!
We may not be able to hold classes in person at the moment, but we're not going to let that stop us from getting our workout in! Join us for online virtual classes from the comfort of your own home!
HIIT or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Additionally, the majority of exercises are done in timed intervals so any fitness level can join. Have an injury? No problem, we can modify the exercises to accommodate your limitation. Classes are M/W/F at 6am and 9:30 via Zoom! Sign up for one, two, or for best results, three classes per week. Any missed classes can be made up during regularly scheduled classes. Classes start January 25th!
