My yoga journey
I started Shape Your Being in 2011 with the idea of helping people create the best version of themselves from the inside, out. I put a lot of focus on nutrition, finding balance, and self-care. In my personal life, while I was doing that, I was also doing HIIT workouts like kickboxing, weight training, and running.
Since 2020, I have transferred my focus to elevating my spiritual practice. I started my Reiki training in 2021, which inspired me to look more inward.
Instead of beating up a bag - or myself- I turned to the calming practice of yoga. As my love for the asanas grew, I decided to expand my knowledge and become a yoga teacher so I can share my love with my clients and introduce others to the practice that has changed my life.
